The Contributions of Michael Eugene Porter's Five Competitive Forces in the Strategic Planning of Green Hydrogen Production in Ceará and Its Export to Europe
This paper addresses Michael Porter's contributions to the current business environment in which the State of Ceará is inserted due to the production of green hydrogen and its export to Europe. It describes the general principles of strategic planning applied in the context of the energy transition, in addition to applying the concepts of Porter's Competitive Forces in the current business environment.
