This paper addresses the applicability of the Resource-Based View (RBV) in the domestic environment of the State of Ceará regarding green hydrogen (H₂V). It describes climate change, the effects of global warming, and the emergence of H₂V as a solution for the energy transition. Additionally, it presents the concepts of the RBV, applying them to the business environment of Ceará by identifying the resources, capabilities, and competitive advantages of the State in the production of H₂V
